Carers Careline provide a number of support services to carers in the local Redditch community.

Our dedicated team of staff and volunteers have many years of experience working for the organisation and with carers. From listening to carers at our face to face Drop-In service and from capturing feedback from the telephone support calls we make, we will continue to evaluate and revise our services.

We aim to:

Engage with carers through our monthly proactive telephone support and email service run by staff and volunteers, a monthly newsletter and Drop-In sessions.

Enrich carers lives funding Support Group activities such as: Creative Writing, Coffee Shop, and Gentle Keep Fit plus bi-monthly events for both the carer and the person they care for. We also respite breaks to carers through our Community Partnership with Carefree.

Empower and enable carers offering a Form Filling service, navigating the maze of adult services and benefit applications and fund counselling for those with immediate need for further support. Working in the community for many years, understanding the carers life cycle we also offer support to carers who have lost loved ones through our funded Bereavement Group delivered by a qualified counsellor.

Please Note: To use any of our services you must be an unpaid carer, caring 30+ hours a week, live in the local borough of Redditch and be registered with us.

You can register by phone, email or pop into our office any time during our Drop-In hours between 10:30-12:30 Monday to Wednesday.
